– Tomatoes (2 large)
– Onion (1 large)
– Almonds (15 pieces)

1. Prepare the Kofta Mixture:

– Boil or steam the potatoes until they are thoroughly cooked and fork-tender. Once done, let them cool down.
– In a bowl, grate the cheese and set it aside.
– Peel the potatoes and mash them well using a potato masher.
