Ratha Yatra in Puri: 1 dead, many injured in stampede-like situation during the procession
One devotee died and 15 others were injured in a stampede during Jagannath’s Rath Yatra in Puri, Odisha on Sunday. The injured devotees were immediately admitted to the hospital, however most of them suffered minor injuries and were later discharged from the hospital after first aid. At the same time, seriously injured devotees are being treated.
