NIACL AO Notification 2024: New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has released the official notification PDF for AO (Administrative Officer) recruitment. The notification has been published for 170 Scale-I posts of General Category and Special Officers.

NIACL AO Recritment 2024

NIACL publishes AO vacancies every year to recruit eligible candidates for Scale I posts. The candidates will be recruited through a three-stage selection process i.e. Prelims, Mains and Interview. Candidates clearing the examination will be appointed to the post of officers in the regular pay roll of the company and the candidates will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining the service. The probation period may be extended twice, and may be extended for a period ranging from six months to one year. During the probation period, the officers will have to pass the non-life licensing examination conducted by the Indian Insurance Corporation. Only after passing the aforesaid examination the officer is eligible for confirmation of his services in the company. Failure to pass the said examination within the extended probation period will result in the officer being removed from service on expiry of the specified period.

NIACL AO 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility and educational qualification vary according to the post applied for by the candidate. The candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks and 59.99% marks will be considered as less than 60%. The minimum age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years. The cutoff for age calculation is September 1, 2024.
