What is the Chief Minister’s Mayan Samman Scheme?

The Jharkhand state government has launched the Mukhyamantri Mukhyamantri Mayan Samman Yojana to provide financial assistance to women from poor and weaker section families of the state. The scheme was launched on 25 July 2024. Under this scheme, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Chouhan has announced to provide financial assistance of ₹ 1000 to women every month. The financial assistance amount provided under this scheme will be transferred directly to the bank account of the female beneficiary. This assistance will be distributed to the women in their bank account on the 10th of every month.

The most welfare scheme of Jharkhand Government, Mukhyamantri Mayan Samman Yojana was started for the welfare of women.
