India Post has officially released the much-awaited GDS Result 2024 for the first merit list. Candidates who appeared for the Gramin Doctor Sevak (GDS) exam can now check their result on the official India Post website. The result PDF contains the roll number of the candidates, percentage of marks secured, category, office, post name, post community and document verification section.
Steps to Check the India Post GDS Result
- Visit the official website of India Post at indiapostgdsonline in.
- Locate the ‘Shorlisted Candidates Published’ tab on the homepage.
- Click on your designated state circle’s link.
- The result will be displayed in a pdf form.
India Post GDS Result 2024 has been released circle wise. Candidates should check their result according to their respective circle. The result published is for the first merit list. Later merit lists will be published based on the availability of vacancies and applicants.
The candidates included in the first merit list will have to undergo document verification.
List of Published Circles
The list of first selected candidates has been published for Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal circles.
Results for other circles will be released soon.
Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) exam is conducted by India Post to recruit non-postal staff in various rural post offices across the country. The aim of the exam is to provide job opportunities to candidates from rural areas and improve postal services in these areas.
