There were reports that the clash took a turn for the worse but amid all the chaos, both the films emerged as box office winners. Today we will look at the final collections, budgets and more. Both the films had some scoring factors. Talking about Danish, it marks the first collaboration of Shah Rukh and director Rajkumar Hirani. It was a dream come true for Bollywood lovers and this one factor of collaboration created a good buzz around the film. Talking about Salaar, it was the first collaboration between director Prashanth Neel and Prabhas, so there was a lot of buzz around the film.

The Shah Rukh Khan starrer was a winner at the global box office with a gross revenue of ₹470.60 crore. In India, the film earned ₹232 crore nett (₹273.76 crore gross). In the overseas market, with a gross revenue of ₹196.84 crore, it has been judged a blockbuster.
Talking about Prabhas’ magnum opus, it has earned a total of ₹615.26 crore globally. Out of this, ₹480.26 crore gross (₹407 crore nett) came from India. ₹135 crore came from the overseas market.

Budget of Dunki and Salaar
Shah Rukh Khan’s film had the advantage of reasonable cost. With a budget of 120 crores, Donkey easily became a box office success. It is also Shah Rukh’s cheapest film in the last few years. Considering the global collections, it turned out to be a hit.
On the other hand, Salaar was released on a huge budget. According to industry gossips, this mega film cost 350 crores, so it was a box office success in India with minimal profits. Globally, it is a big winner at the box office.
Battle of ratings for more collection
In terms of IMDb ratings, Dunki got a rating of 7.2 out of 10 with a total vote of 62,000 users. Salaar got a rating of 6.5 out of 10 with 58,000 votes.
Talking about Rotten Tomatoes, this Shah Rukh Khan starrer has an audience rating of 76% but it has only got a 53% rating on Tomatometer. On the other hand, Prabhas’ magnum opus has got an audience rating of 86% and has a rating of 73% on Tomatometer.
