The memorandum of understanding (MoU) aims to provide these companies access to the capital markets, allowing them to raise production capital efficiently and transparently through NSE’s ‘NSE Emerge’ platform, a Defence Ministry statement said.
The MoU, which is valid for five years, was signed in the presence of Defence Secretary Krithar Aramane and includes extensive awareness initiatives such as seminars, MSME camps, road shows and workshops to guide these companies through the process of fundraising on the NSE Emerge platform.
